BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE REQUIREDPlease visit the SAY website at the link below to complete your background check. There will be a “Background Check” box at the top of the SAY Website page. Please chose “A Volunteer” under the Background Check page to proceed.
When completing the Background Check please ensure that you chose the following:
STATE: Indiana
REGISTRATION TYPE: Coach
CLUB: NWISL Seasons SC
If you fail to make these choices, your check will not be linked to our club to be given approval to coach.
Background Checks are MANDATORY for ALL coaches and assistant coaches wishing to volunteer as well as any parent wishing to volunteer their time to help with any of the players. Persons wishing to Coach/Asst Coach will NOT be approved until the Background Check has been completed. This is a requirement for the insurance held by the club to protect the players.
Also, PLEASE note that there absolutely MUST be at least 2 adults at any practice being held. Under NO circumstances should a coach hold any practice by themselves. At least one other adult must also be at the practice.
